Base PS5 Owners Should Download New Firmware Update Too for This Extra Feature

This, mixed with the animated fireplace winter background, I can see resulting in many people dozing off....me included of course ha!

Still no way to permanently erase games with incomplete trophy percentages from our trophy lists.

Still no way to sort trophies alphabetically.

Still no actual wallpapers.

Really shouldn’t be surprised; MediaMolecule inexplicably is still in business after not releasing a game for ages, abruptly shutting down servers for a game instead of fixing the problem, while also forcing people to purchase expensive peripherals (PS Move+ Vita) in order to get 100% trophy completion…while Bluepoint Games gets shut down after releasing one of the best launch games a console ever had.

@Balaam_ i think its time to get over the bluepoint thing , either that or you are trolling about it , but spending this much energy on something thats in the past isn't worth it, also i always do the trophies sorted by earned date i think it looks better that way personally.

Fair feature.

They need to update the ugly main trophy UI thats been there since launch. Needs to look more like the "Games Played" section. Looks wayyy better.

There's nothing wrong with this new update, but it is weird that there are little things in the UI that still continue to not work consistently even though the system is over 5 years old.

A meaningless feature, but it listing the username on the top of the notifications that pop up usually only works the day you download the update and then it goes away. Games that have Game Hints only have the notification pop up maybe once every 15-20 times I load up a game. Again, nothing major for me as I don't use them that much, but most features on the PS4 would work as intended every single time I booted up the system.

God please let this be a sign of themes making some sort of comeback. So many great ones on ps4. My favs were tifa in nibleheim, and persona 5/royal. They had so much style and were peaceful.

Also can’t wait to get home and try out some new games with the pssr2 update. Debating what game to try out first. Was curious about re4 remake since I don’t have the plat yet.

@Balaam_ I'm not sure gaming's for you bud. It just seems to make you incredibly angry about the whole trophy thing. Maybe you'd be better off playing on a PC and chasing the steam trophys or maybe investing in a console that dosnt have a trophy system. Look for a platform where studios don't get closed down and everything smells of roses. Good luck 👍

Still no option to disable Welcome hub completely... what a shame...

Any addition to Welcome Hub is welcomed. But what I really need? I need a reliable counter for playing time. I'm currently playing Pacific Drive. I used a timer app for comparison: the actual time of playing is double than Playstation timer. This is annoying. Sony, why is it so hard to fix a simple timer?

I won't download this update unless it has security and stability updates because I don't want my console to be insecure and unstable.

This is actually what I wanted from the hub. I had to take all my game screenshots with the focus shifted to one side because you could only remove so many widgets. And I have so many shots from beautiful games like Claire Obscur and Stella Blade that I’d like to have on rotation if I leave my console idle. Good job.
